Players navigate through various scenarios, guiding characters who exhibit asthma symptoms. The primary objective is to administer control and rescue medications at appropriate intervals while being vigilant about various environmental triggers such as animal dander, cold weather conditions, physical exertion, and strong chemical odors. Failure to manage these elements effectively may hinder the character's progress and increase the risk of hospitalization.

Upon completion of the game, participants receive constructive feedback regarding their performance: evaluating how well they supported the characters in taking medications timely and whether those characters avoided hospital admissions.
