Developed by UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in collaboration with Simcoach Games, the game serves as a tool to reinforce essential self-management skills crucial for asthma patients, thereby potentially reducing hospital visits.

Players navigate through various scenarios, guiding characters who exhibit asthma symptoms. The primary objective is to administer control and rescue medications at appropriate intervals while being vigilant about various environmental triggers such as animal dander, cold weather conditions, physical exertion, and strong chemical odors. Failure to manage these elements effectively may hinder the character's progress and increase the risk of hospitalization.
